We are a locally owned children's center and learning center located in Mars, Pennsylvania. We have been serving the community for over 15 years. We invite you to learn more about all that we have to offer, from our classrooms to our playground to our wonderful staff.
At Happy Faces, our core philosophy and goals are to create an environment of openness and cooperation, foster positive attitudes and thinking, and ensure the safety and well being of your children. We believe children must have a secure, clean environment in which they can play freely, communicate with others and explore the learning process.
Mission Statement
We truly love the children. Happy Faces' founder, Kathleen Williams, is actively involved on a daily basis with the children and always available to both parents and students. We create relationships with the students that are long lasting and memorable. Our teachers are retained for multiple years, so many children establish relationships that are long lasting because of the amount of time we spend with them during their childhood. There is a strong rapport between management and staff which helps with retaining great teachers, as well as creating a sustainable and healthy work environment. The teachers genuinely care about their students.
Our program includes activities with an emphasis on teaching children values such as respect, responsibility, honesty and caring. The children will be offered a wide variety of activities and materials that promote a learning environment with developmentally appropriate choices. In addition, we pride ourselves in promoting personal health by offering nutritious meals and snacks and encouraging exercise.
We believe that if all parties work together and keep the focus on the child's well being, parents will be happy, children will be happy, employees will be happy and Happy Faces will have achieved its goals and will become the preferred place for families to bring their children.
